Our Siena Apartment Rental ticket packages provide up to 5 nights to allow a full Palio experience over the 4 day event.

In addition to a choice of Palio Tickets, you have the opportunity to witness the important horse assignments, plus tickets for an evening trial race.

Duomo

Located a short distance from the Duomo and Piazza del Campo, the 1 bedroom apartment is positioned on the fourth floor of one of the most historic buildings of the city, and is enriched by a large terrace, offering a magnificent view of the city.

Malta

Located in the historical center, walking distance to Piazza del Campo, the apartment is restored in 2021 and offers its master bedroom w/ in-suite showered bath, a second double bedroom, a second showered bathroom, plus a third twin bedroom; all for up to 6 persons.

Mattiotti II

Overlooking Piazza Mattiotti, the apartment is suitable for 4 or 5 persons with 2 bedrooms, 2 showered baths and sofa bed; the apartment is located in the historical city, with easy walk to the Campo.

Matteotti

Two bedroom apartment located on the edge of the historic city in Piazza Matteotti. Sleeps up to 5 persons; the location offers easy access for arrivals to the city; but still only a short walk to Piazza del Campo.

Montanini

Located in the historical center on a quiet street, the 1-bedroom apartment offers a clean and sophisticated styling. An easy walk will have you at the heart of the city and the Palio race in Piazza del Campo.

Stalloreggi Studio

Located a short distance from Piazza del Campo, the 1 bedroom apartment is positioned on the ground floor of the building allowing the access to an internal garden / patio.

Stalloreggi Suite

Located a short distance from Piazza del Campo, this 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, but also allows access to a shared outside garden / patio.

Bandini

This 3 bedroom apartment is located on top floor of a palazzo, previously owned by one of Siena’s historic families. Fully renovated with chef style kitchen and important elevator access.

Campo Suite

available for overnight – provides a private balcony to view Piazza del Campo and the Palio

Palio Package 4 Night Price:
2 persons @ Euro 3.980,00 per person

Palio Package Dates: 4 nights; July Palio (June 29 – July 3); August Palio (August 13 – 17) your travel dates may differ (or you may wish to stay less nights), but cost of the package is the same.

Palio Package Includes: Apartment + Private Balcony + 6 Trial Races + Contrada Dinner + Private City Tour + Horse Blessing + Historical Parade + On-Site Support

The Campo Suite is an elegant and spacious unit we can offer for overnight during the week of the Palio. With its private balcony it provides an incomparable view of Piazza del Campo. You can keep it to yourself (2 persons) or invite friends or family (up to 2 additional persons) to join you on the day of the race (Euro 490 for each additional person).

Two other units (each for 2 persons; but that do not have their own campo view balcony) are a part of the same property; each unit has its own private entrance and comes with the same style and amenities. These units can be booked along with the Campo Suite package; or combined with other tickets options. Please ask for a price quote.
